Off white long length cotton dress with full body lining. It has short sleeves with tie up detail. Dress is fitted at waist, for small size garment chest measurement is 36" and waist is 32". Waist band starts from 14.5" from HPS(Highest shoulder point) so for someone with height less than 5 feet 2 inches waist band can go down than there natural body waist and look will not same as seen in picture.
